Анатолий Голубев: Защита заявителей от коррупции Проблема защиты лиц, заявивших о коррупционных преступлениях – действительно, очень сложная и многоаспектная. Хотелось бы остановиться на некоторых из них, с нашей точки зрения, наиболее важных. Прежде всего, необходимо отдавать себе отчет, что в России в большинстве случаях человек, публично заявивший о коррупционном преступлении отдельных должностных лиц, как правило, становится объектом уголовного преследования. Причем, уголовные дела, достаточно часто, возбуждаются по основаниям, никак не связанными с теми событиями, о которых он заявил.

Пан Ги Мун: 9 декабря - Международный день борьбы с коррупцией 9 декабря – Международный день борьбы с коррупцией. В послании по этому поводу Генеральный секретарь ООН Пан Ги Мун заявил, что коррупция угрожает развитию, демократии и стабильности. Глава ООН призвал все государства мира осудить это позорное явление и укрепить борьбу со взяточничеством.

2005. Assistant Chairman of The Undercommittee on the International Military-Political Cooperation and Interparliament Activity of The Committee on Defense and Security of The Federation Council.

2007. Assistant Vice-chairman of The Federation Council Committee on Defense and Security.

Head of the Anticorruption project carried out jointly with Radio Russia.

2008-2010. Assistant Chairman of The Council of the Federation Committee on Constitutional Legislation.

Vice-Chairman of the Expert Board for Protection of Property and Anticorruption Resistance of The Committee on Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship of The State Duma.

At present is Chairman of the Expert Board for Protection of Property and Anticorruption Resistance of The Committee on Economic Policy and Entrepreneurship of The State Duma.
